Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we provide free worldwide delivery on all orders. However, due to restrictions on luxury goods, some destinations are excluded. Please refer to our Delivery, Collections & Returns section to confirm shipping availability before placing your order.
Can I place an online order but collect the order in-person?
For engagement rings, wedding rings, and bespoke orders, we are delighted to offer the option of in-person collection. Simply reply to your order confirmation email, and we’ll happily arrange a convenient time for you to collect. For all other items, we are unable to offer in-person collection only postal delivery. Please note that for security purposes, items purchased online via PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Klarna finance will be sent to your billing address.
